On-The-Job Training Workshop Ottawa – February 14

Landscape Ontario is pleased to provide a one-day On-The-Job Training (OJT) Workshop at Green Trade on February 14 (9:30 am – 1:30 pm).
Open to employers, supervisors, and trainers in the horticulture industry, this workshop (valued at over $250) is FREE!
Our goal is to help current and prospective apprenticeship Employer sponsors and trainers build their skill sets and build a culture of training within companies that strengthens recruitment and retention of amazing staff.
Facilitated by a Master OJT Trainer, the workshop will apply industry proven practices that will lead to quicker training, more effective and productive apprentices and trainees, and improved safety and quality standards.
Participants will also receive workshop materials, such as OJT reference guides for softscape and hardscape, and job breakdown sheets.
